    The Martha’s Vineyard Airport Commission is soliciting responses from interested parties for the lease of up to 20 years, with one (1) 20-year extension, of four (4) parcels of land initially identified as MVAC RFPs 2022-01 to 04 for 3 AND 7 SOUTH LINE ROAD, 23 WEST LINE ROAD, 22 NORTH LINE ROAD in the Airport Business Park, Edgartown, MA for any purposes allowed under current zoning regulations in the Town of Edgartown and further limited by any restrictions associated with proximity to the Martha’s Vineyard Airport.  The Airport is seeking to have the property used in a manner that best reflects the Airport’s long term master plan and to maximize revenue to the Airport.

    A pre-proposal response meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the Community Room of Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority, 11 A Street, Edgartown, MA  02539 at 10:00am to entertain questions and review the submission requirements.

    This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Chapter 16 and a resulting lease must be awarded in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposal regarding Real Property Transactions.  If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request.  The Airport reserves the right to cancel the process at any time when it is in its best interest to do so.

    Proposals are due on Friday, May 20, 2022 at or before 2:00 p.m. to the Airport Properties Manager, 71 Airport Road, USPS: Vineyard Haven, MA 02568/ PHYSICAL ADDRESS: West Tisbury, MA  02575.  All responses must be received in a sealed envelope properly marked prior to the deadline per the submission requirements found in the RFP documents.  The Request for Proposal documents and supporting information can be obtained from the Airport Properties Manager, 71 Airport Road, West Tisbury, MA 02568 and/or electronically from KBrennan@MVYAirport.com.
